Shipping & Handling: For your convenience, we offer options depending on the shipping time you prefer. The rate options are automatically calculated based on your shipping address through FedEx or USPS and are minimum shipping time estimates, and do not include processing time frames. CLAE cannot guarantee delivery times.
If you need to add a signature required upon delivery of your order, you may do so by adding the option to your cart prior to checkout. Please note that packages without a signature required are uninsured.
Simply search 'signature' and both options will come up:
- $4.25 for FedEx shipments
- $2.90 for USPS shipments
FedEx cannot deliver to APO, FPO, P.O. Boxes or anywhere outside the continental U.S & CLAE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Proof of Delivery may be obtained upon request by emailing support@clae.com
Undelivered & refused shipments that are returned to CLAE are subject to return shipping fees.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders take 7 to 21 days to fulfill deliveries and may be subject to Customs inspections which may affect the time of the delivery. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item(s) shipped to the country of destination.

DUTIES, CUSTOMS AND VAT
International orders are subject to Duties, Customs and Value Added Taxes. These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to.
TAX POLICIES
We are required by State and Federal laws to charge sales tax on products and shipping charges of products shipped to states where we have physical stores: California.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
At CLAE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are unworn, in new condition, and returned with the original CLAE shoe box.
To start a return or exchange, visit our Return Portal using your order number and the email used at checkout. Once approved, we’ll provide either a return label to print or a QR code to show at your postal center.
All footwear must be returned in its original, undamaged, unmarked CLAE shoe box, placed inside a separate shipping box marked with the RMA number.
Domestic US
- Exchanges are free.
- Refunds are available with a $10 handling fee deducted from the refund amount.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
International
- Refunds are available for international orders.
- Exchanges are not available for international orders at this time.
- Handling fees are calculated based on the country and deducted from the refund amount.
- Duties & taxes are non-refundable.
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, but may be exchanged or returned for store credit where applicable.
Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for your exchange or refund to be processed. Refused shipments are subject to all applicable shipping charges.
Purchases made from physical retail stores or other online retailers cannot be returned or exchanged through clae.com.
