EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
At CLAE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are unworn, in new condition, and returned with the original CLAE shoe box.
To start a return or exchange, visit our Return Portal using your order number and the email used at checkout. Once approved, we’ll provide either a return label to print or a QR code to show at your postal center.
All footwear must be returned in its original, undamaged, unmarked CLAE shoe box, placed inside a separate shipping box marked with the RMA number.
Domestic US
- Exchanges are free.
- Refunds are available with a $10 handling fee deducted from the refund amount.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
International
- Refunds are available for international orders.
- Exchanges are not available for international orders at this time.
- Handling fees are calculated based on the country and deducted from the refund amount.
- Duties & taxes are non-refundable.
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, but may be exchanged or returned for store credit where applicable.
Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for your exchange or refund to be processed. Refused shipments are subject to all applicable shipping charges.
Purchases made from physical retail stores or other online retailers cannot be returned or exchanged through clae.com.
