For our third release with Akhenaton, the iconic French hip-hop artist and founding member of IAM, we continue a long-standing relationship built on shared values of authenticity and creative freedom.
Each pair comes in a uniquely designed box, numbered from 1 to 400.
Inspired by his latest musical project, Purple Mantis, this collection utilizes the mantis as a symbol of transformation and evolution, mirrored through CLAE’s own commitment to continuous innovation and enduring style.
Handcrafted using premium Nappa leather from certified Leather Working Group (LWG) tanneries, the Haywood Akhenaton "Purple Mantis" comes in a custom-designed box, individually numbered from 1 to 400, and includes a handwritten, signed card by the artist.
As a direct extension of the collaboration, the capsule also includes a T-shirt made from 100% organic cotton. Featuring a screen-printed logo using traditional techniques, this standalone piece is available in limited quantities.
